Dishonest and Liars; GMC and MPTS legal representatives

Following is an excerpt from the transcript when I was about to notify the panel members about GMC's legal representative and MPTS legal assessor. In the morning of this day I was threatened by both of these legal representatives not to disclose a specific document in front of the panel members. Not heeding to their threats I was about to disclose this but was interrupted by both these legal representatives and they were asking to turn the recordings off etc. This is clearly visible in this piece of transcript. This is to show a true picture of these so called 'truthful' and self-proclaimed 'civilised' people. These people are criticising how the justice system is in other countries but this is how justice system is in this civilised country of honest and just people... A complete rubbish!!!

MR SIDDIQUI:  I have to say something but I will be guided by Mr Donnelly.

THE CHAIR:  Yes.  Mr Siddiqui, go ahead, please?

MR SIDDIQUI:  Thank you very much, Mr Donnelly.  When I was discussing with Mr Gribble and Mr Fitzgerald one point was drawn to my attention kindly by Mr Gribble and I would like to make comment---

THE LEGAL ASSESSOR:  Sorry.  Can I just interrupt you for a moment, Mr Siddiqui?

MR SIDDIQUI:  Yes, please.

THE LEGAL ASSESSOR:  Can I just check with you, are you talking about the conversation that myself and Mr Fitzgerald had with you this morning just before lunch when the Panel was not here?

MR SIDDIQUI:  I was not sure the Panel was there but, yes, you are referring to the point.

THE LEGAL ASSESSOR:  You are talking about that conversation?

MR SIDDIQUI: Yes, please?

THE LEGAL ASSESSOR:  It is probable that if you want to deal with matters that we raised in that conversation, we ought to ask the Panel to retire, if you do not mind?

MR SIDDIQUI:  Okay.

THE CHAIR:  What about the recording?

THE LEGAL ASSESSOR:  Probably turn the recording off?

THE CHAIR:  In effect, the Panel is adjourning so you and Mr Fitzgerald can have a private discussion?

MR SIDDIQUI:  I want to bring that point for the attention of the Panel members and with the permission of the Chair person.

MR FITZGERALD:  Could I possibly say, Mr Siddiqui?

MR SIDDIQUI:  Yes.  Sorry.

MR FITZGERALD:  Very often there are matters of law or matters regarding the preparation of the case which are discussed between the parties without dealing with them all in front of the Panel.  I think, all that Mr Gribble and I would like to make sure of is that before you raise those with the Panel you are sure that that is necessary and is the right thing to do.  No-one is going to prevent you from raising anything you want to but could we just take a few moments to talk to you about those matters before you do that?

MR SIDDIQUI:  Okay.  That is fine, yes.

THE CHAIR:  We will adjourn while you have this private conference.
