Mr Donnelly acting as the Chair of the proceedings was bias and hypocrite in my honest opinion. There were many examples to justify this. Following is an excerpt from the transcript when I was about to notify the panel members about GMC's legal representative and MPTS legal assessor. In the morning of this day I was threatened by both of these legal representatives not to disclose a specific document in front of the panel members. Not heeding to their threats I was about to disclose this but was interrupted by both these legal representatives and they were asking to turn the recordings off etc. This is clearly visible in this piece of transcript. This is to show a true picture of these so called 'truthful' and self-proclaimed 'civilised' people. These people are criticising how the justice system is in other countries but this is how justice system is in this civilised country of honest and just people... A complete rubbish!!!
