Dishonest and Lying MPTS along with Disgusting, Racist organisation, GMC. A racist organisation in my honest opinion.
I was removed from the GMC register on the findings of dishonesty. One of the GMC's allegations was that I lied to Mrs D (mother of child D) about my conditions on GMC registration. In fact following was the wording of the GMC's condition on my registration:
Following is transcript of mother's discourse in MPTS hearing during cross examination by Dr Siddiqui:
Q So
I said that it is nothing to do with my ‑ sorry, it is something to do
with my mobile practice?
A Yes.
MR SIDDIQUI: Mr
Chairman, I am fine. Thank you very
much. Thank you.
In her answers, Mrs D clearly stated to my questions that I informed her that the restrictions are that I could only perform circumcisions at a set regulated location instead of performing mobile circumcisions at home. This was exactly what GMC condition was on my practice that I could still carry on performing circumcisions but only at hospitals or set clinics regulated by Care Quality Commission. see above in italics.
Following was the cross examination by the Chair with Mrs D:
THE CHAIR:
Thank you. I have no other
questions. Do you have a question?
Following is the MPTS decision statement on this
44. You falsely stated to Patient D’s mother that the restrictions on your practice
imposed by the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service had nothing to do with
your practice, or words to that effect. Found proved.
Can you believe it how corrupt GMC and its kangaroo tribunal is. Mother is clearly stating that I told her that I could only perform circumcisions at a regulated clinic rather than mobilely throughout the UK.
Racist and Fascist organisation along with its Kangaroo Tribunal and its paid chairman (in my honest opinion).
"you may only carry out circumcisions on hospital premises or within a Cara Quality Commission approved clinical setting"
Following is transcript of mother's discourse in MPTS hearing during cross examination by Dr Siddiqui:
Q You
said that we discussed about the restrictions probably? You mentioned about the restrictions and the
GMC on that phone call?
A Pardon,
did I?
Q You
mentioned about the restrictions on my GMC registration on that ‑‑‑
A I
did mention that I had noticed on that day that your registration on GMC had
changed since the last time I checked in October, that there was a condition, I
believe, on your registration, which I found odd, especially raised the concern
that that condition was put on 5 November, just three days after you handled my
son.
Q Correct. But was I implying that it is nothing to do
with my circumcision that I did at your home?
A You
made clear that you did nothing wrong and that this was a very unusual
circumstance and that there was nothing wrong with your registration with GMC,
and that the only problem you had is that they did not like the fact that you
were mobile, they would want you to be in a set location under their control
and supervision.
Q And
GMC wanted me to do ‑ sit down at one place and do circumcisions in one place?
A That
is what you told me, yes, along those lines.
Q Yes,
that is fine. Thank you very much for
that. You told us what you felt Dr Siddiqui
had said to you about his ‑ the record on the GMC website about his condition,
and I think you said something like that he said to you he had done nothing
wrong, it was a very unusual circumstance, he had got no problems with the GMC,
but they did not like you, meaning him I suppose, to be mobile. Was there any reference in that - do you
remember a reference to or words to the effect that it had nothing to do with
his practice?
A Yes. He definitely claimed that it had nothing to
do with his practice or the way he conducted his medical profession, it had
only to do with the fact that he was able to practise his ‑ the circumcision
mobilely(sic) throughout the UK,
rather than sat at a clinic, a fixed clinic, which will be regulated by the
GMC.
