GMC, and its kangaroo tribunal, MPTS

There were so many irregularities in my case on part of GMC and MPTS, that it will require many pages to write a full account.

GMC and CQC, care quality commission, provided cover to each other on their own wrongdoings in my case. These bodies refused to disclose requested information in the MPTS hearings.

GMC was consulted before setting up mobile circumcision practice. GMC advisor on phone gave wrong and inadequate information. The minutes of such phone calls were not disclosed by GMC despite multiple requests. Similarly CQC also gave wrong advice on phone and refused to disclose minutes of phone conversation. CQC in one email also advised erroneously, contrary to CQC's position in the hearing.
Following is the excerpt of such an email (October 2013) correspondence with CQC:

I wrote,

"Details of the enquiry:
I provide mobile circumcision service for mainly muslim population primarily for children at their homes. I have received conflicting advice previously on this enquiry page. Recently, I read "The Scope of Registration" booklet on your website. Again it was confusing. Under the
"Surgical Procedures" headline in Chapter 7, page 37, it says that if circumcision provided by healthcare professional, this should be registered. Ironically, few pages down the line, on
page 39, Decision Tree for Sugical Procedures, if I follow, surgical procedures for religious
observance, performed by health care professional, categorised as minor surgery performed
under local anaethesia, then my activity falls under "out of scope" category. I am not clear if I need to register myself as health care professional performing Circumcision at home under local or no anaesthesia. Please correct me"

Following was the email reply from CQC:

Good morning Mohammad,
Thank you for contacting the Care Quality Commission (CQC), your enquiry
reference is ENQ1-1013019241.
Surgical procedures carried out without anaesthesia or using local anaesthesia
would be out of scope and would not be required to register.

Before the above email, I was also telephone advised, in July 2013, that I was exempt from registration with CQC. Unfortunately, like GMC, CQC refused to disclose telephone logs and minutes of these enquiries. Although, I provided CQC enquiry reference numbers for those phone enquiries but CQC refused to disclose the minutes of those phone calls.
