Attached is the evidence that one of the children was circumcised after taking consent from both the parents but MPTS, GMC's kangaroo tribunal (MPTS) and the Judge Hickinbottom concluded otherwise that the consent was not given. How bizzare, parents declaring consent was given duly but the Judge Hickinbottom and the MPTS telling parents you didn't give consent.

Above shows a jew practitioner suggesting no pain killers for circumcision. A muslim practitioner is charged with child cruelty because of using numbing cream EMLA. A jew practitioner giving no pain killers isn't cruelty because he is untouchable jew. Same EMLA cream, if jew practitioner is employing for circumcisions is legal but if Muslim practitioner uses, it's illegal and facing prosecution. Muslim practitioner is charged with using honey in small babies but jew practitioners using red wine is no crime. This is police nazism, racism and Islamophobia.... These are only a few of many examples...

This is to highlight how, in my case, police has been pursuing malicious, racist and Islamophobic investigation, in my honest opinion. Following is the advice given to Police by, I believe, from Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). There have been numerous referrals made to CPS by Police but NFAed (Not For Action) by CPS. Following is an excerpt from the transcript when I was about to notify the panel members about GMC's legal representative and MPTS legal assessor. In the morning of this day I was threatened by both of these legal representatives not to disclose a specific document in front of the panel members. I was removed from the GMC register on the findings of dishonesty. One of the GMC's allegations was that I lied to Mrs D (mother of child D) about my conditions on GMC registration. You failed to perform the procedure on 2 November 2013 to an adequate standard, in that the tie holding the Plastibell was not secured properly. 96.  The Panel heard evidence that you performed a Plastibell circumcision on Patient D and the Plastibell ring fell off the following day. Expert evidence was that the most probable reason for this happening was that you had not properly secured the ring with a tie. The Panel accepts this evidence and finds that you had not properly secured the tie. Consequently you had failed to perform the procedure to an adequate standard. As said previously, this dishonest liar surgeon from Leeds General Infirmary should be struck off because of his lies in MPTS hearing in my honest opinion. Previously on this page, I have given few examples of Mr Alizai's dishonesty and telling lies. On this page, I will try to show another evidence of his dishonesty. During cross examination at MPTS hearing of my case, Mr Alizai was enquired by the panel members if my consenting process was valid. He replied that because I didn't listen to children's heart sounds therefore my consenting was invalid i.e. I didn't consent parents. He didn't produce any published literature to authenticate his lies. Off course, lies do not have any feet to stand upon. Following are a couple of consent forms. Following is another example of dishonesty on behalf of this liar surgeon from Leeds General Infirmary Leeds, in my honest opinion. He acknowledges working with Mr Siddiqui and still found no reason for conflict of interest or disclosure of conflict of interest.  This also gives a glimpse of dishonesty in GMC and MPTS rampant in these institutions, in my honest opinion . There are rules regarding conflict of interest and its disclosure in Good Medical Practice by GMC. But obviously some one working on GMC's agenda is not required to follow these rules, an utter disgusting sickening deceitfulness. 

In this post, I would try to highlight how corrupt organisations like General Medical Council and MPTS (GMC's kangaroo court) can violate and disregard their own rules in order to get their desired verdicts. Dishonest corrupt experts like Mr N Alizai, a pediatric surgeon in Leeds General Infirmary not only lied in his expert report (in my honest opinion) but disregarded the rules set out by GMC in Good Medical Practice. Strangely, GMC and MPTS (kangaroo court of GMC) also showed blatant disregard of their own rules. This was because Liar Mr Alizai was accomplishing their agenda to produce false reports (in my honest opinion).

I would like to highlight one other lie from this liar, disgusting and dishonest surgeon in my honest opinion. Mr Alizai wrote expert report on my case in May 2013 stating that he had no conflict of interest, photograph attached. We both worked as registrars in Leeds General Infirmary for more than a year. This liar not only disregarded this conflict intentionally, in my honest opinion, but failed to inform GMC (a big corrupt organisation, in my honest opinion) when he was reminded of this.

This is excerpt from the MPTS tribunal. There is a receipt of pocket size alcogel I bought a few days before visiting family home in West Sussex. Mother of the child in the attached excerpt clearly changed her statement when bias and dishonest MPTS chair adjourned the hearing. This mother initially kept saying, "you were standing behind me". Later on, she changed her statement and said, "Dr Siddiqui was standing next to me". This was in a context if I used alcogel before touching her son. My point was that I had pocket size alcogel in my pocket and I used it before touching his son. I gave proof of the purchase in the form of receipt. Initially mother confessed that her back was towards me. Therefore, there was a probability that she could not notice me using alcogel for hand cleaning. Later she changed her statement and said, "Dr Siddiqui was standing next to me". Regarding this dishonest surgeon (in my honest opinion), from Bristol Children Hospital, attached is an excerpt from his evidence during #MPTS_UK tribunal hearing. Mr Woodward acknowledged that he had never performed plastibell circumcision but dishonesty he was still giving his opinion on how to perform this operation. Erroneously he said that one cannot redo this type of circumcision without removing more skin. Mr Woodward's statement was belied by mother of the child. She acknowledged that during second operation, I didn't remove or trim away any skin from the penis of his child

I wrote previously about Mr N Alizai in these blogs. As mentioned previously, it will take many blog posts to give a glimpse of his dishonesty. I will comment on one of his many expert opinions in this post. In the testimony he gave expert opinion in MPTS hearing, he mentioned of falling off ring in one day is something amounting to faulty application of ring by the surgeon. Bearing in mind, he had never performed plastibell circumcision in his 26 years of professional life. He ought not to give any expert opinion about a procedure he had never performed for more than 26 years. This simply reflects his dishonesty and greed in my opinion. Previously I wrote about unjustified and harming character assassination by Police against me. With regards to that activity, I complained to Police and in return I was arrested by Banbury Police. I don't want to interfere in Police's enquiries but Police should not misuse its power and authority by maligning some ones reputation maliciously, in my opinion. Police went around to the houses of my clients and falsely stated that I have been performing circumcisions illegally. This statement by Police officers is amounting to Defamation of character and tarnishing my reputation. Mr N Alizai is such a big liar and disgusting person, in my honest opinion, that he should not be working as a doctor any where in the world. This disgusting doctor has personal enmity with me. He and I worked together in Leeds General Infirmary for more than a year in the same department as registrars in pediatric surgery. One on-call day, he admitted a girl with possible acute appendicitis. Unfortunately, this girl had previously been operated upon for torsion of ovary on other side and was left with one ovary. Instead of getting an urgent ultrasound scan to rule out torsion of the only remaining ovary, Mr Alizai admitted this girl for observation. She remained on the ward for many hours. Also Mr Alizai failed to read the red alert on the case notes that in case of any such painful episode child needed to be referred immediately to gynecology team.
